This is an agreement to all individuals and/or businesses that are using INKLAND services or any other materials. As a user or client or member in INKLAND, we strongly recommend you to read through this agreement, ANY individuals or businesses using INKLAND must agree with this agreement.

ANY ACTION WHICH PERFORM BY THE INDIVIDUALS AND/OR BUSINESSES IN INKLAND HAS TO BE LEGAL UNDER YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT LAW AND THE INTERNATIONAL LAW. This means that all actions, which INKLAND user or client or member made inside INKLAND web site must be legally by the local government law and the international law. All the actions which INKLAND user or client or member made are not responsible by INKLAND.

INKLAND DO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SERVICES OR ANY MATERIALS, WHICH INKLAND PROVIDES TO ITS USER OR CLIENT OR MEMBER. This means that INKLAND do not responsible, but not limited to, any lost, damage, and/or any other problems occur when client or user or member using INKLAND service or other materials. Use it at your own risk. When any problems occur, you may email to webmaster@INKLAND, and we will try our best to help you, but we do not guarantee.

INKLAND KEEPES ALL THE RIGHTS TO REMOVE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY OF THE INKLAND USER'S OR CLIENT'S OR MEMBER'S INFORMATION. INKLAND keeps all the rights to remove any information about it's user or client or member within INKLAND without any notice to that user or member or client, this include but not limited to, the user account and all the user information.

INKLAND KEEPS ALL THE USER INFORMATION WHICH THE USER PROVIDE AS SECRET AND WILL NOT DISCLOSURE TO ANY INDIVIDUAL AND/OR THIRD PARTY FOR THEIR OWN BENFIT. NO ONE MAY ACCESS TO THE USER'S INFORMATION UNLESS HAVING THE USER'S PERMISSION. INKLAND RETAIN ALL THE RIGHTS TO ACCESS AND USE USER'S OR CLIENT'S OR MEMBER'S INFORMATION WITHIN INKLAND ONLY FOR INKLAND PURPOSE.

All users in INKLAND are not allow to disclosure any INKLAND sensitive information to, but not limited to, any third party or organization or individual or firm. The sensitive information includes, but not limited to, password, login name, and all others information, which is use by INKLAND.

All users are responsible for their own materials where INKLAND provided to their users. This includes, but not limited to, INKLAND user account and other access of INKLAND services. Any action which INKLAND user made, and is not allowing by INKLAND, will be result in, but not limited to, account removal or other prosecution by INKLAND.

Any action and information, which INKLAND user perform or use, will be recorded. INKLAND will not disclosure this information to any third party or organization or businesses or firm, for any purpose. INKLAND retain all the rights to access and use this information ONLY for the INKLAND purpose.

All users are NOT allow to use INKLAND to make any profit, which includes, but not limited to, selling INKLAND account, selling sensitive INKLAND information, selling their companies product and/or any other way to make profit using INKLAND.

Copyright statement for INKLAND

All the layouts and icons and images are designed and created by INKLAND. INKLAND do not allow others to, but not limited to, copy, save or any purpose of use except for the INKLAND written permission.

Changes to this Agreement

INKLAND retain all the rights to make any changes to this agreement. INKLAND will notify all users about significant changes of this agreement.
