Labour (On-Site Service):		$65.00 / hour, Minimum 2 hours
Parts:		Based on estimation
Estimation (Depot Service):		$45.00, Waived if estimate is accepted
Estimation (On-Site Service):		$65.00, Waived if estimate is accepted
